How it Works
The Federal Employment Agency can support you in the further vocational training of your employees by subsidizing their wages for the loss of working hours due to further training and by covering all or part of the costs of further training. Employees may also be reimbursed for additional costs incurred as a result of further training.
Criteria
Certain criteria are in place to determine the percentage of the salary that can be subsidized and the scope of training course expenses that can be covered. Note that the extent of funding provided can go up to 100 percent.
